I'm Oliver Meredith, originally from Blacksburg, Virginia... Go Hokies! I've been residing in Charleston for the past 3 years, where I capture photos and enjoy the outdoors during my free time. When the waves are good, I surf, and I'm always up for a sauna session.
Ever since I moved to Charleston, I discovered a sense of belonging in the fitness community. It ignites my passion, and I enjoy sharing it by encouraging and coaching clients.
Let's start moving today!
Nick grew up on Long Island, New York and moved the Charleston area at the end of 2022. He prefers to spend most of his time either studying and honing his craft, outdoors hiking or at the beach or learning a new recipe. Some of his favorite artists include Khruangbin, Action Bronson and the Grateful Dead.
Nick specializes in optimizing physical performance and overall wellbeing regardless of gender, age, activity or lifestyle. Whether your priority is to alleviate back pain, lose weight/get into shape or perform at a higher level in a sport, work or life, Nick will guide you to achieve your goals through his 3 Keys and 4 Phases to Success.
My name is Kaely and I am a South Carolina native originally from the upstate in Greenville. As a former collegiate athlete, health and movement has always been something that has been of priority in my life. I have been able to train with and learn from many different coaches, and have had the opportunity to witness first hand just how crucial it is for our bodies to train in a way that will allow us to move and FEEL our absolute best.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina and later decided to earn certifications in both personal training (NASM) and nutrition (NCI). Post college, I worked with a 17U elite volleyball team as their strength coach, and then moved to the Charleston area and began taking clients one on one at O2 Fitness. I fell in love with helping others, not only physically, but also mentally by helping them make the lifestyle change that would make them a better version of themselves.
In my free time, you can probably find me dancing to some live music, hanging out with my sweet pup, Daisy, or practicing yoga inversions somewhere under a sunset. I am super excited to help as many people as possible reach their fitness goals, but also create a life and routine of healthy choices.
What’s up, everybody! My name is Connor Lee and I was born and raised right here in Charleston. My fitness journey started when I was 12 years old and my dad put a pullup bar in my bedroom doorway. As soon as I was old enough to, I got a gym membership and would wake my dad up to take me to the gym before school. I am certified as a corrective exercise specialist so I can better help people deal with their joints aches and pains. If I’m not training clients you can catch me on the golf course, then once the sun goes down I’ll go anywhere there is good music being played.
